Start with Clara

Use the contact page to ask Clara for help with your order number, product, and issue. Clara may ask for photos or additional details before our team reviews a replacement, refund, or return.

Product condition

Because these are cleaning solution and cartridge products, opened, used, damaged, contaminated, or improperly stored items may not be eligible for return unless required by law or approved by our team.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Payment processors and banks may take additional time to post the refund.
